Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Follow Up Boss MCP Server (the "Service"), operated by the team at Reva AI Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

This is a template, not reviewed by a lawyer. It's written to accurately describe how the Service actually works, but you should have it reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it, especially the liability and governing-law sections.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a hosted proxy that lets MCP-compatible AI applications (such as Claude or ChatGPT) connect to your own Follow Up Boss account. You bring your own Follow Up Boss API key; we do not provide Follow Up Boss access on your behalf, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Follow Up Boss. "Follow Up Boss" is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Accounts and trials

Signing up creates a trial account scoped to the email address you provide. Trials are time- and usage-limited as described on the signup page and are subject to change. Continued use after a trial ends requires moving to an active account; contact us to do so. We may change trial terms, pricing, or availability at any time.

3. Your Follow Up Boss account is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the Follow Up Boss API key you connect, for complying with Follow Up Boss's own terms of service, and for any actions taken in your Follow Up Boss account through the Service — including by an AI application you've connected. The underlying tool has full read and write access to your Follow Up Boss data, including the ability to create, update, and delete contacts, deals, tasks, and notes. Review AI-suggested actions before approving anything that modifies your live data. We strongly recommend keeping your own backups.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any law or any third party's rights (including Follow Up Boss's own terms of service);
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, trial limits, or access controls;
Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission;
Use the Service to access accounts or data you're not authorized to access;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, at our discretion.

5. Third-party components

The Service relies on open-source software to communicate with the Follow Up Boss API. We don't control, and make no warranties about, the behavior of Follow Up Boss's own API or platform.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uptime, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service — including data loss or unintended modifications made through the Service to your Follow Up Boss account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
